The Lord our righteousness

    In God's plan to save us from this world of sin, Jehovah [God} deals with us in a number of ways.  Jehovah-rapha, which means the Lord who healeth, Jehovah-raah, the Lord our shepherd or Jehovah-shalom the Lord our peace.  In fact, there are seven compound, redemptive names of Jehovah.

    Throughout this testimony you will see markers like that to the left.   Places in my life where God has noticeably dealt with me in a specific way.  As God dealt with Israel He deals with us many times.  It's not so important that we understand how He is dealing with us but it is important that you understand that God is dealing with you.

JEREMIAH 23:6
In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this [is] his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS. (In the Hebrew this is Jehovah-tsidkenu).

GALATIANS 3:6
Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.

JOHN 6:29
Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.
